Things I have learned today: It is a privilege not to be terribly offended by the word bitch being used in a videogame. By a villain, as far as I can tell.

I was trying to read that earlier today and I couldn't get my head around the whole wank for that very reason.

Also sandglass really grates on my nerves.

The thing is that I agree with her on principle - you can't necessarily choose what's going to hurt you. But you can choose how you react to it, which is what I think xero_sky is trying to say. It stunned her at first, and then she got over it, whereas sandglass and napalmnancy are choosing to react in a completely opposite way.

Seriously, if someone genuinely can't help but be seriously offended at the word bitch, there are other issues at play. Everyone picks and chooses what to get offended at all the time for the minor shit in the media they consume, and saying otherwise is beyond stupid.

I dunno about offended, but I was getting infuriated whispers from all my WoW friends over that scene because they thought Garrosh was being a little shit. So if they were trying to get people to agree that Sylvanas was a bitch, they failed miserably.
